From Monday to Friday, all orders placed before 14:00 hours are shipped the same day.

 

Order after 14:00 hours

 

Orders placed after 14:00 hours are given priority for processing on the next business day. From Friday at 14:00 hours to Monday at 14:00 hours, orders are shipped on Monday night.

 

Parcel Shipping and Return Policy

 

Shipping Notification: We will send you an email when your package is dispatched from our warehouse. This email will summarize the selected delivery method and the tracking number of your package. You can also check this information in your account.

 

Fair Use Policy: If we notice an unusual trend in returns, especially if the items have been used or returns are excessive, we reserve the right to make shipping and return costs the responsibility of the customer. Shipments to a pickup point will be covered by BRAND STORE, while home deliveries will be the responsibility of the customer, with costs calculated during the checkout process.

 

2.RETURNS:

 

Before proceeding with a return, it is crucial to verify that your order meets the following requirements:

 

 The product must not have been used.

It must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent.

 Returns will not be accepted if there are stains, tears, or any defects that prevent its sale.

The period for returns is 14 natural days from the receipt of the product.

 

3.RETURN COSTS:

Buyer's Responsibility:

If you decide to proceed with a return, you can do so within a maximum period of 14 natural days from the receipt of the package. To do this, simply send an email requesting the return to info@brand-store.com.

 

Once the return request is received, BRAND STORE will send you a prepaid shipping label. Upon receiving the product at our facilities and confirming that everything is in order, we will proceed with the corresponding refund, deducting only the shipping cost.

4.REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS:

 

The refund will be made through the same payment method used in the purchase, within a period of 3 to 12 business days from the receipt of the return.

 

If you paid shipping costs, these will not be refunded. Before proceeding with the money refund, the costs associated with the return shipping of the product will be deducted.

 

To cancel an unshipped order, contact us through info@brand-store.com. Once the order has entered the preparation process or has been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel it.

 

5.ORDER TRACKING AND INVOICING:

 

You can track your order and download your invoice from the "Order History and Details" section in your customer account in our store. If you are a guest customer, order tracking is available in the "Order Tracking" section on our website.
